School of Agricultural Sciences, Malla Reddy University has organized an Agricultural Exhibition on 19th February 2022. The exhibition was inaugurated by the Hon’ble. Minister of Agriculture Shri. Singireddy Niranjan Reddy in the presence of Hon’ble Minister of Labour and Employment and Chairman of MRU group of institutions Shri. C. Malla Reddy, Secretary Shri.C. Mahender Reddy and Vice Chancellor Dr. V.S.K. Reddy and Dean of School of Agricultural Sciences Dr. A. Raja Reddy.
Dr. V.S.K. Reddy, Hon’ble Vice Chancellor welcomed the Hon’ble Ministers for  gracing the occasion and thanked them for sparing their valuable time and presence to motivate students. He praised the students for their sincere hard work and complimented the faculty for their guidance to students in arranging an excellent exhibition with useful and informative technologies. He further said students can go abroad for higher studies and need for having collaborations with national and International institutes.
Shri. S. Niranjan Reddy , while addressing the faculty and students of Agriculture said that students have chosen a very right course in bachelors degree wherein they not only become professional Agripreneurs but, also can create employment opportunities for others by starting Agri-business and startups on their own. He appreciated all the students for showcasing the agriculture technologies in the form of posters, charts, models, specimens and demonstrations.
On the occasion, the Chairman Hon’ble Shri. C. Malla Reddy gave an inspiring speech to the students and advised them to work hard in life by citing his own example. He also spoke about various opportunities for the students doing Agriculture course and congratulated them for seeking the valuable course. He appreciated the Dean and faculty for excellent work done both at shaping Agricultural farm for conducting students demonstrations as well managing sound academic program.
Taking the opportunity an Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between Agriculture Biotechnology Foundation (ABF), Rajendra Nagar and Malla Reddy University in the presence of dignitaries on the occasion.
A cultural programme was also organized by the students on the occasion.
Finally, the Dean, School of Agricultural Sciences  thanked Hon’ble Minister of Agriculture for gracing the occasion at the short notice and giving his valuable advice to the young students of Agriculture. He also thanked the Hon’ble. Chairman for his motivational speech to the students. He also thanked Vice Chancellor for his unstinted support and guidance in successfully conducting the event. He thanked all the Deans and HODs of different Schools for joining the event. Finally he thanked all the faculty, student volunteers and students for successful conduct of the programme.
