About the event
NAV-NIRMAN (Creating Innovative Ideas), a Project Expo Event was conducted by AI&ML Department (Alan Turing Club) on Saturday 26th November 2022, 10.00 am at Centre of Excellence Hall, School of Engineering (SOE-II), MRU. This program was organized in association with Innovation & Entrepreneurship Cell of Malla Reddy University and conducted for all the students. The idea of conducting this event was to bring out the innovative ideas of students which can be converted into start-ups. The Guest speaker of the session was Dr. Pramod, Dean, Research and Development Cell, MRU. This aim of this event was to bring out new research ideas from students which are useful for society and to improve the technological aspects. More than 88 teams presented their Innovative ideas and project presentations.
The welcome note was given by Prof. Kailasa Rao, Dean of SoE, MRU and Keynote speech on Applications of Research ideas for society was delivered by Dr. Pramod, Dean, Research and Development Cell. The program was concluded with vote of thanks by Dr. Thayyabba khatoon, Co-Convener and Faculty President I&E Cell ,HOD, AI&ML. The student President of Innovation & Entrepreneurship Cell, K. Jathin Gupta has given details about the event and was proceeded by vice President, P. Dineesh Chowdhary. Winners of the event was awarded with exciting cash prizes.
The Patron of the event was Dr. VSK Reddy, Vice Chancellor MRU, Convener of the program was Prof. Kodukula kailash Rao, Dean SOE, the Co-Convener and Faculty President I&E Cell, Dr. Thayyaba Khatoon (Head of the Department, AIML) and faculty coordinator, Dr. Â Rajeshver Rao.
