National Science Day is celebrated in India on 28 February, 2021 each year to mark the discovery of the Raman effect by Indian physicist Sir C V Raman on 28 February, 1928. For his discovery, Sri C V Raman was awarded the Nobel Prize in Physics in 1930.

 

The theme for NSD of the year 2021 is “Future of STI: Impact on Education Skills and Work”

On occasion of science day we celebrated science day in our university. Most of the students actively participated in science day celebrations. Students prepared and presented posters and PPT on current and upcoming innovations and technologies in agriculture and how they are going to increase agricultural production and productivity.
