Review Process
We will follow a double-blind peer-review policy to ensure impartiality and academic rigor. Authors and reviewers will remain anonymous to each other throughout the review process. Each submission will be reviewed by at least two independent reviewers, and acceptance will be based on the quality, originality, and relevance of the work to the conference themes.
Review Questionnaire
A standardized review questionnaire has been prepared to ensure consistency in feedback and evaluation. The review form includes the following criteria:
-
Relevance to the conference theme
-
Originality and novelty of the work
-
Methodological soundness
-
Technical quality and clarity
-
Depth of analysis and discussion
-
References to related work
-
Overall recommendation: Accept / Minor Revision / Major Revision / Reject
-
Additional comments to the authors (optional)
-
Confidential remarks to the program committee (optional)
Steps to Check Plagiarism
To uphold academic integrity, all submitted papers will be screened for plagiarism using Turnitin. Any paper found to have significant plagiarism (typically >15%, excluding references and boilerplate) will be rejected without review. We will follow COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics) guidelines in all cases of suspected academic misconduct.
